  3. Letter of his\/her Employment Verification<\/li>\n
  4. Copies of documents of your organization (license, certificate, IDs, etc.); copy of the Director\u2019s passport<\/li>\n
  5. Order of appointment of the Director<\/li>\n
  6. Power of Attorney issued to the authorized person<\/li>\n
  7. Order of appointment of the authorized person<\/li>\n
  8. Copy of the authorized person\u2019s passport<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Which documents shall a legal entity provide to obtain and extend the license to hire foreign personnel?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Copies of documents of your organization (license, certificate, IDs, etc.); copy of the Director\u2019s passport<\/li>\n
    2. Original license<\/li>\n
    3. Payment order certified by the bank<\/li>\n
    4. Specific form (2 copies) + 2 photos 3×4 cm<\/li>\n
    5. Certificate of absence of HIV<\/li>\n
    6. Copy of the foreign citizen\u2019s passport<\/li>\n
    7. Signed bilateral employment agreement<\/li>\n
    8. Order of appointment of the foreign citizen<\/li>\n
    9. Order of appointment of the Director<\/li>\n
    10. Copy of the Director\u2019s passport<\/li>\n
    11. Power of Attorney issued to the authorized person<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
